Tonight I threw a citronella tealight at one of the pigeons. I hit it and it didn't even fly away.

They are NOT AFRAID OF PEOPLE.

    whatever happened to getting a fake owl? you need to inspire biologically preconditioned fear in these birds because candles simply aren't doing the job.

    although i personally find candles rather terrifying.

    I haven't been able to find one! I've actually looked at several stores. Apparently you can only get them in the summer.
